Word Jazz Network
I'm not sure if this is still being updated, but if it is -- it's pretty nifty.

Stilettomag is pretty nifty. Much content, great design, and rotating covers that range from bad girls going to hell to eyes with a beheaded body. Time wasters anonymous, here I come.

Cotworld
They call this the best damn creative/literary magazine on the planet. I don't know if I'd go that far, but it IS very cool. And they like submissions, which is always nice.

Cafe Compendium
Subtitled: food for thought, food for the soul, and food for that obsessive streak that just won't shake things loose. It's worth a good few hours' timekilling.

just
This thing kicks butt. I don't have enough time to check it as much as I'd like to, but it's really, really cool, and has been around since 1997. It surveys a cross-section of all kinds of people from all walks of life, and posts it both online and in a print publication. Very cool.

The Nepenthe Journal
This design makes me wish I had more talent. Plus there's content enough here to make you really want to write -- which is a high compliment coming from me -- Ms. Procrastinator.

Look At Me
In three parts, this resource highlights zines, music and crafts. With a swirling star cursor that I could do without, but it's kind of cool.
